Shane Wilker brings 35 years of experience in the agriculture aftermarket industry to his new role. As the President and CEO of the esteemed Shane Wilker Company, Wilker has established himself as an expert in consulting and training, particularly in customer and employee focus groups. Notably, he recently served as the Dealer Development Consultant for the Far West Equipment Dealers Association, providing comprehensive guidance to dealers on a wide range of topics and challenges.
