Streamlining Healthcare, Human Resources and Payroll: NAEDA’s Endorsed Provider to Support Your Dealership

OPOC (One Point of CARE) is the endorsed healthcare/benefits, human resources, and payroll solution for NAEDA members.

Jarrod Whitson from Saint Joseph Tractor, Inc. started using OPOC in 2022 and has used their services to negotiate health benefits for their employees. OPOC worked with their provider to eliminate the projected 5.85% rate increase for 2024.

“From the beginning they have been nothing but great to work with,” Whitson said. “OPOC clearly explained their suggested recommendations and how these improvements would have a positive impact for my dealerships and my co-workers.”

Additionally, OPOC evaluated multiple providers and plans then created a presentation seven weeks ahead of their renewal deadline.

Additionally, their advocacy support for employees/families through the CARE Center has made the process smoother for himself and his employees.

Angela Longnecker, from J&I Power, has also used the healthcare/benefits services for just over three years. Prior to using OPOC, she found the process of selecting benefits every year very stressful and confusing while also being expensive not only for the employees and the dealership.

After switching to OPOC, they’ve saved money and have received better coverage for their employees/families.

Longnecker is also looking into using OPOC’s HR & payroll processing and administration which includes paperless payroll and file management as well as W-2 preparation and delivery.
